If pg-witness does not work for you, you can get your money back within 14 days of purchase. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

• Email [email protected] with your Paddle order or transaction ID, or
• request it through Paddle, using the link in your Paddle receipt.

Paddle sends the refund to the original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.

After 14 days

Email us anyway if something is wrong. We will look at it.
